7. User Responsibilities
   You agree:

• That you are the authorized user of the phone number used to opt in

• Not to misuse our services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes

• Not to impersonate others or violate carrier regulations

8. Service Availability
   We aim to provide consistent messaging services, but delivery may be delayed or prevented by various factors, including:

• Mobile carrier outages

• Message blocking

• Device incompatibility

• Regulatory or technical issues
  CIS Ventures LLC dba PixelJoy is not liable for any delays, message failures, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability under these Terms will not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you for our services in the last 12 months, whichever is lower

15. Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CIS Ventures LLC dba PixelJoy concerning your use of our A2P messaging services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
